Three injured after car crashes into house south-east of Melbourne

Three people have been taken to hospital after a car crashed into a house on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.
A red sedan slammed into the corner of the brick home on Claire Court in Hastings at about 2.35pm.
The 93-year-old male driver and two female passengers aged in their 70s and 80s suffered non-life-threatening injuries and had to be freed from the car.
They were taken to The Alfred Hospital and Dandenong Hospital.
The trio had been planning to visit a resident on the street when the crash occurred, with police investigating whether the driver potentially had a medical episode or accidentally hit the accelerator.
The resident of the house they crashed into was not home at the time.
